If you have any questions about our delivery times or pricing, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Most of our books are printed on demand, which means your books are printed once your order has been placed, specially for you. Our printers have facilities in various countries including the UK, USA and Australia. We’ll usually print the book in the location closest to you. This helps to reduce our environmental footprint, but can take a little longer to dispatch.
- Paperback books are usually printed and dispatched in 2 to 5 business days of your order.
- Hardback books are usually printed and dispatched in 4 to 10 business days of your order.
- Sometimes lead times are longer, especially around Christmas.
Delivery times (below) are approximate, and whilst we are usually able to deliver within the timescales listed below, factors outside of our control sometimes prevent us from doing so.
FREE Economy delivery to the UK, USA and Australia for all orders of 2+ books.
FREE Economy delivery (where available) to the rest of the world for all orders of 4+ books.

Books are usually dispatched by Royal Mail in the UK and USPS in the US. Carriers in other countries may vary. Premium delivery is usually by UPS and offers a tracked service to over 200 countries. In some circumstances we may use a courier instead of Royal Mail even if you select Economy or Standard delivery.
Duties and Taxes
International orders (outside the UK, USA and Australia) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and related fees/charges in the destination country, payable by the customer. In most cases the carrier will take payment on or before delivery, and may charge an additional fee.
EU customers will also be charged VAT at the rate of the destination country (except for Premium delivery, where VAT and duties are included).
Sacristy Press has no responsibility for these charges, and they are not refundable. If you refuse delivery, any shipping charges, import fees and return postage costs will be deducted from the refund.

Please note: If your delivery is returned to us, an additional charge will be made to have the consignment redelivered.
Very occasionally, our carrier charges an excess fee for delivering to remote or inaccessible destinations (such as parts of Africa). Where this occurs we will contact you to arrange payment of the surcharge or cancel your order, as you prefer.
